Make sure that you updated the game.

You can try running Options > Force Verify on the game launcher menu, let that complete and try again.

You can try disabling on-demand patching in Options on the game launcher and try the game again.

You can try using one of the Cryptic Proxy connections in the Options on the game launcher to connect with and see if that helps you temporarily.

Make sure Internet Explorer is updated, and Flash is updated. You may need to set Internet Explorer's privacy settings to Medium. (Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options - Privacy Tab - change to Medium.) You may need to add exceptions for the game to your antivirus and firewall software, or fully disable them temporarily to update and login to the game.

Having trouble updating ARC, or starting a game with ARC? Try this registryrepair tool for ARC: https://support.perfectworld.com/app...arc%20registry

You can try reinstalling the game with the latest game client. Or, if you are having problems with the launcher, you can try replacing it for your game:

NW: http://download.perfectworld.com/nw/...everwinter.exe

You should make sure that you have about 25GB of free hard drive space for the game and for Windows to operate properly.

You can send in a ticket to tech support if you still need help!
