Hi Everyone,

If you wind up getting a redirect loop when trying to use our support website and need to contact us, there are a few current work choices for this known issue:

1) Create a new PWE account and use that to submit and update your tickets.

2) Or, send us an email to customerservice at perfectworld dot com.

3) Or, log out completely, then try the support page, or try it with a different browser.

It has something to possibly do with a database issue with the Rightnow system and ours. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!

It was suppose to be fixed in Dec 2011. Hence why the info is here.

We are still pushing for it weekly.

I can get to everything else but not the support. I read your posts, is it fixed and what is going on?

Try accessing the support website with a new account, or email support directly.

i'm logged into my PWE account...and it still gives me an redirect loop error message. (http://www.perfectworld.com/login/?s...rror=7&lang=en)
i'll try the email method...

oh one frustrating thing with the environment. i had a cryptic account. i tried to submit a support ticket via cryptic. earlier i had trouble buying zen without a pwe account so the nice people fixed something and asked me to link. after that my cryptic login didn't work for sto...fine..i log in via pwe. but in cryptic's support it says to log in via cryptic. but it doesn't work. i try getting my password..i get an email saying there's been a request to reset my PWE password...what in the world? very confusing and possibly a catch 22 situation.

Send an email to PWE Billing support for billng issues.

For account login issues and such, email Customer Support.

Please make sure to make the subject line of your email concise and to the point. It helps staff because it has to be manually sorted by human eyeballs, and it will help you get answered quicker.

Please put as much relative information as you can in your email about your problem.

I can't get to that page either, can't open a ticket, says This webpage has a redirect loop so what to do?

is there an actual email cause costomerservice@perfectworld.com isn't an email

You spelled it wrong in your post, hopefully you didn't when you sent it.

We are testing the email right now to see if all messages are coming through.
